We are looking for sponsors for our Adopt a Family Program for the Dayton and surrounding areas. This program has been growing the past three years – last year our donors provided gifts and much needed items to over 75 kids and parents in the CHOICES Home-Based Program.
Many times if we can’t help the family they will not celebrate Christmas. A little support goes a long way to bring joy to our kids and Home-Based families. We would love to match you up with a family.
Families are identified by our caseworkers who are working in the home with at least one of the children. CHOICES provides mental health services to children who are Medicaid eligible. While we work with the child and family we do our best to link to other programs and provide support from our donors. (Christmas is an extra special time for us to extend a helping hand)

All families we can help are currently involved with a CHOICES program, at this time we are not able to help families in need who are not receiving our services.

Family size and needs vary for our Adopt a Family opportunity, but we can work with you to figure out what works best for everyone involved. It is ONLY with community generosity and support we are able to provide Christmas assistance. Thank you for helping us spread Christmas joy!
