We need your help to send a foster youth on her 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. Karissa was chosen to go with her classmates on very short notice and now needs your help to cover the cost of the trip, which is $500.
Her caseworker Ashleigh is working with the school hoping that they will cover $250 leaving only $250 for Karissa to come up with on her own and we hope we can help her out. Because she was chosen last minute she missed out on some other fundraising opportunities.
Together we can all make this happen, your donation, big or small…. will mean she gets to spend a week with friends, explore the monuments in DC, learn more about our country’s history and establish a special memory many of us have from Junior High.
