As we enter the season of giving we hope that you will consider a gift to support CHOICES home-based families and transitional age independent living youth. Your donation will help them prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of their own home this holiday season.
With your generosity we have been helping community based families for over 10 years! During this time we have learned that grocery gift cards give our families the most flexibility in planning their meal. It will allow them to purchase whatever they need for the meal which often ends up being items like milk, butter, fresh veggies, and spices. These are often items not provided in other resources they may use.
Helping is SO EASY and very impactful!! It is our goal to help 25 families for Thanksgiving.
