Youth Mental Health Services | Accepting Referrals

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the mental health team at CHOICES Inc. is dedicated to continuing services, which are needed now possibly more than ever. Our team is innovative to meet the ever-growing mental health needs of our youth and families, by connecting through Office Teams, Face Time, Google Duo, and phone calls. We continue to provide therapy services to youth who are 4-17 years of age and have a Medicaid Provider. Providers we accept include: Buckeye, Molina, CareSource and United.

Our young people depend on us to keep them safe and get their needs met. If you suspect your child may need counseling services our referral coordinator will help guide you through the process. If you notice that your child seems easily frustrated, irritable, or is more tearful than normal, is exhibiting behaviors that are not typical for their disposition, please reach out to our team of professional mental health providers who are here to assist and support you and your child.
