Today we are asking for your help in providing baby clothes and toys for Jessica’s son. Jessica is 17 years old and is in our Home-Based Services program (HBS). She is working to meet goals under the guidance of her HBS counselor.
Jessica has had a difficult home life, both parents are not active in her life and she is currently living with her Grandmother. Jessica has a 6 month old baby boy and she is doing a wonderful job being a mother. She is working to finish school and also obtain her first job. Soon we hope she meets these goals as we know she is really dedicated to providing for her son as best as she can.
We would like to help Jessica with some of the needs for her son. We are looking for clothing donations for the winter season size 12 months (he is an adorable chunky baby!) and toy donations 6-12 mo. For this request we can take gently used items that are in good condition. We also can accept online donations to purchase the items to deliver to Jessica. Jessica has worked hard to identify negativity in her life and toxic relationships. She has made many mature decisions that are in her best interest and to protect her baby. She will continue to work to meet her goals, and we are very proud of the progress she has made.
