We all know that first impressions, especially for job interviews, are very important! CHOICES works with our youth in Independent Living to prepare them as best we can for their interviews. Destiny has a pretty big opportunity coming up, and our team is working hard to make sure she is prepared.
One thing holding Destiny back is getting her hair cut and styled. She has expressed an interest in getting an updated professional look, but doesn’t have the extra funds to do so. Destiny is an African American young lady and is looking to get her hair relaxed, trimmed and styled prior to her big day. She would love to talk to a stylist about the best way to maintain her hair and what her options are for the future should she get the job.
We would love to help Destiny prepare for this big day and have found a local stylist willing to give her an update at a reduced cost. Today we are asking for you to help us raise $55 to help Destiny be interview ready in a few weeks! This gesture will help build her self confidence.

Destiny will be starting Sinclair in a few weeks and hopes to transfer to Kettering College to become an Ultra-Sound Technician. She likes music, reading, watching movies and horse back riding.
