This quarter we would like to recognize Meredith Lewis for Living the Mission of CHOICES. Her attention to detail is remarkable and a fit her accounts payable role serving all staff and programs at our agency.
She keeps a tight ship with deadlines, as it is much needed in her job purview. Meredith will always welcome a drop in visit in her lamp lit cozy office. Whether you have specific questions, want to chat about something fun or plan a lunch adventure! Meredith is incredibly reliable and dependable. She is open to receiving feedback and suggestions and is always looking for ways to improve processes or operations for each program. This ability has been put to the test as all aspects of her job have changed with the CHOICES/UMCH merger.
Meredith is a true team player, always willing to help in the office and maintain a connection to her team. She does an amazing job to help remote workers feel included in the culture. She is more than willing to step in and help with organization of CHOICES events including all of the back and forth loading and loading of items. She truly was able to shine this Christmas season in helping donors, planning the Santa set up for the foster family party and helping order other party items (at the best price of course!).
Meredith’s role handles a massive volume of transactions, especially for our transitional age youth. She does a wonderful job in helping the teams keep documents in order. Situations in these programs can be challenging and unique and Meredith’s ability to put a quick funny spin on situations helps lighten the mood. She truly makes it a priority to help all staff have what they need to best serve their kids and families.
